Return policy

1. General principle

Returns are authorized only for products with a manufacturing defect or a conformity problem (for example, defective products or products that do not conform to the description on the site). Returns for reasons such as an order error on the part of the customer (incorrect choice of size, model or color) cannot be accepted. VANDALIZE currently works with partners who supply items at the request of our customers.

2. Accepted Return Conditions

Returns are only accepted if:
- The product has a visible or hidden manufacturing defect.
- The product received does not correspond to the description on the website (incorrect model or color sent by mistake).
In the case of an accepted return, the customer must contact our customer service department within 5 days of receiving the product in order to obtain a return authorization number. Any product returned without this number will be refused.

3. Products Not Eligible for Return

Returns for the following reasons will not be accepted:

- Wrong size or model chosen by the customer.

- Change of mind or order error.

4. Return procedure

To initiate an eligible return, the customer must:
1.    Contact our customer service department via our contact form, providing details of the order and the reason for the return.
2.    Once the return has been validated by our customer service department, we will send you instructions on how to make the return.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an order preparation error on our part.

5. Refund

After receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will inform the customer of the status of the product evaluation. In the event of validation, a replacement product will be sent to the customer. In general, no refund will be made to the customer.
