General sales policy

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTCS) define the rights and obligations between the company VANDALIZE (hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”) and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”) making a purchase on the website https://vandalizebrand.com. By placing an order on the site, the Customer unreservedly accepts these GCS.


2. Products and availability

The products available for sale are those displayed on the site on the day of consultation. The photographs of the items are as accurate as possible, but the Vendor cannot guarantee a perfect match in terms of color and design. If a product is unavailable after an order has been placed, the Vendor will inform the Customer by e-mail and reimburse the amount of the missing product within a reasonable period of time.


3. Price

The prices indicated on the site are in euros and include all applicable taxes (excluding delivery charges). The Vendor reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced at the rate in force at the time the order is validated.


4. Ordering

To place an order, the Customer must add the desired products to the basket, fill in the delivery and payment information, and validate the order. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to confirm the order. The Vendor reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons (suspicion of fraud, order anomaly, etc.).


5. Payment

Payment is made online by [accepted payment methods: credit card, PayPal, etc.]. The Vendor uses secure payment solutions to protect the Customer's financial information. The Customer guarantees that he/she has the necessary authorizations to use the chosen method of payment.


6. Delivery

Products are shipped to the address indicated on the order. Delivery times are indicative and vary according to destination. The Vendor cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to third parties (carriers). In the event of non-receipt, the Customer must contact the Vendor within 5 days of the estimated delivery date.


7. Returns and exchanges

In the event of a defective or non-conforming product, the Customer is invited to contact the Vendor's customer service within 5 days to obtain an exchange or refund. Return conditions are detailed in the [Return Policy] section.


8. Warranties

Products are covered by the legal warranties of conformity and against hidden defects. In the event of a lack of conformity or hidden defect, the customer may request repair, replacement or reimbursement of the product, subject to applicable legal conditions.


9. Data protection

Personal information collected for order management purposes is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Customers have the right to access, rectify and delete their personal data.


10. Liability

The Vendor cannot be held responsible for any indirect damage resulting from the use of the site or a purchased product. The Seller's liability is limited to the amount of the order.


11. Applicable law and disputes

These GTC are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before resorting to the courts. Failing amicable settlement, the courts of Sion shall have jurisdiction.


12. Modification of the GSP

The Vendor reserves the right to modify these GSP at any time. The applicable GSP are those in force on the date of the order. The Customer is invited to consult them regularly.
