Delivery time
As soon as your order is placed, we begin production of the items you requested.
Our processing times are 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has been prepared, your package will be shipped.
Delivery times depend on your location. As shipments are made from Switzerland, local orders are delivered within 2 days of shipment and European orders are delivered within 4 to 5 days of shipment.
Returns
Wrong size? Damaged item? No worries!
We accept returns within 10 days of receipt. Please contact us via our online form or on our social media channels for return instructions.
